NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Maitland, Florida, which also sits as the Local Planning Agency and the Land Development Regulation Commission will hold a public hearing. The hearing will be held at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, August 1, 2019 in the Maitland City Hall Council Chambers, 1776

Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment, both written and oral, concerning a petition filed for ZONING AMENDMENT PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) - OPTION 2. The application has been filed by St. Anthony Coptic Orthodox Church/Olfat Mansour, 1185 N. Wymore Road, Maitland, Florida 32751.

The applicant requests to amend the Planned Development located at 1185 N. Wymore Road to modify Ordinance No. 1321 and approved Petition No. 2016-02(AZ-PD) 1185 N. Wymore Road Development Review Committee Recommendation Report, dated November 17, 2019, to remove the conditions listed below:

1. Item No. 46 of Petition No. 2016-02 (AZ-PD) 1185 N. Wymore Road: The development of this property will require undergrounding consistent with section Sec. 5-20. - Electric and utility services to be located underground: electrical system to be upgraded, of the Maitland city code.

2. Item No. 15 of Petition No. 2016-02 (AZ-PD) 1185 N. Wymore Road: There are no sidewalks located along Wymore on the west side of the site. The applicant shall provide sidewalks the entire length of the site along Wymore road at a width no less than 6 feet.

THE SUBJECT PROPERTY CONTAINS 2.39 ACRES MORE OR LESS

A complete copy of the submittal documents for the proposed for Zoning Amendment Planned Development (Option 2) may be inspected by any interested person Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., in the office of the Community Development Department, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida, 32751. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and may submit written comments at or before the public hearing or attend the public hearing to be heard by the Local Planning Agency of the City of Maitland, Florida.
