 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Maitland, Florida will hold a public hearing. The hearing will be held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, September 26, 2019 in the Maitland City Hall Council Chambers, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment, both written and oral, concerning a petition filed for VARIANCE. The applicant requests a variance from the maximum structure height of 35 feet permitted in the RS-1, single-family residential district to allow the addition of new baseball field lights 73 feet in height. The application is submitted by the Orangewood Christian School – John McCully, Director of Operations, 1300 West Maitland Boulevard, Maitland, Florida 32751. The current property owner is Orangewood Presbyterian Church, Inc., 1221 Trinity Woods Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.
