Customer Services


Customer Services works to exceed the expectations of their customers by responding to their needs on a timely basis, in a professional and courteous manner, and with definitive information. Customer Services is responsible for utility billing, administering the City's residential and commercial solid waste programs, processing requests for new utility service, and dispatching field personnel to investigate utility service concerns. Personnel in this division also act as the City's ambassadors by staffing the Front Desk at City Hall.

Holiday Pickup

We do not pick-up garbage, recycling or yard waste on the following Holidays:

January 1st
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Pick-up will resume on the next scheduled pick-up day following the holiday.
