You are hereby notified that the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Maitland, Florida will hold a public hearing. The hearing will be held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, May 23, 2019, in the Maitland City Hall Council Chambers, 1776 Independence Lane, Maitland, Florida 32751.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment, both written and oral, concerning a petition filed for VARIANCE. The applicant requests a variance to the fence height requirement of 2

½ feet in the required front yard, to allow a columns and gate to be constructed from 6 feet to 8 feet in height. The property is located in the RS-1, single-family residential district. The application has been is filed by Thomas Kohm, 534 Manor Road, Maitland, Florida 32751.
